All ordered product on our website will come with an automatic subscription of the following product :

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting our customer service by email, messenger or via our online store through the contact and subscription cancellation forms. It is also possible to cancel the membership subscription self by clicking on Manage Subscription link in the footer.

Also, after your order you will receive an instant email with direct access to your member area. From this space you will be able to directly manage this subscription and cancel it at any time. You can also access to this subscription Management by clicking here.

Past subscriptions orders will not be refunded as our products are handmade by our artists :

Example : you placed an order on September 25th and you cancel your subscription before October 25th, you will not be charged and your October 25th Order will not be created. However if you ask for the cancellation of your subscription on October 25th or later, your subscription will be cancelled for the next months from: November 25th. The order of October 25th will be shipped to your home and it can not be refunded because our products are handmade by our artists,

Most items are handmade by our artists if it is not a do-it-yourself product like Dioramas Cubes and Frames.

The creation time is about 15-20 days more or less.

Once the creation is finished by our designers, count a few days more for the product get out for delivery: we deliver worldwide and the shipping fees applies according to the destination country.
