1) Delivery policy

Will not be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages if you did not subscribe to anti-theft/breakage insurance when you placed your order. In this case, please contact the carrier of your package with your tracking number.

Please make sure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid package loss or other incidents. An international customer must provide a phone number.

If you have any other concerns, please contact our customer service by sending a ticket via the contact us section of our website www.tsukashop.com Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses, otherwise the package will not be delivered.

If you think you have entered a wrong address, you should contact us immediately to correct the error.

2) Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my order? Yes, we accept order cancellations.
Please note that cancellations must be made on the same day the order was placed provided that our logistics department has not yet processed your order.
To cancel your order, send us an email the same day before midnight and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside of this window / or due to standard shipping reason.

3) Refund Policy

We will refund or exchange your item at no additional charge after receiving an email from you within 48 hours for a technical problem or for a damaged product and within 14 days after receiving it from you.

Hirotsuka reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the following criteria:

1/ Late return (30 days exceeded)
2/ The reason for return is not valid

Upon return of your package, if it is in the condition you have indicated and nothing is missing we will proceed to refund on your means of payment. If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued. If it is a PayPal refund, it will appear immediately in your account.

4) Subscribtion Policy

Each order placed on our online store can be subject to an automatic subscription. This automatic subscriptions allow our customers to collect our products while paying less for some of them.

The following products come with an automatic subscription membership:

The 5x Random Diorama Box PDF Template contain 5x random PDF Template to make a Diorama Cube which is valued at $39.99. Get 5X for $34.99 only every month. Or a montlhy tsukabox worth $44.99, depending on the subscription.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting our customer service by email, messenger or via our online store through the contact and subscription cancellation forms. It is also possible to cancel the membership subscription self by clicking on Manage Subscription link in the footer.

Past subscriptions will not be refunded as our products are handmade by our artists, thank you for your understanding.

Example: you placed an order on September 25th and you cancel your subscription before October 25th, you will not be charged and your October 25th Order will not be created. However if you ask for the cancellation of your subscription on October 25th or later, your subscription will be cancelled for the next months from: November 25th. The order of October 25th will be shipped to your home and it can not be refunded because our products are handmade by our artists, thank you for your understanding.
