After your purchase, please allow a few days for your order to be processed by our artists.

You have 24 hours after completing your payment to request for an order to be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, you will have to go through our standard Refund Policy.

Most of the products are handmade by our artists and it can take several weeks.

Once the products are created, they are sent directly by our logistics team. Here are the average delivery times:

USA, UK, W Europe, Mexico, Canada : 15-30 business days
Rest of the world : 20-45 business days
